Rausch Valley

The Rausch Valley is a valley in northern Argan drained by the Fleuve River. Uninhabited by humans due to its sandy soil unsuitable for cropping or grazing, the valley was nevertheless home to Melski. Isolated from the moderating influence of the sea by the Coastal Massif, the valley was blanketed in snow during winter, and fully flooded during the spring melts. Towards the southern end of the valley, hills close in on the river, and the Ep Pass provides a route across the Spine Mountains.
