Sixth Pearl
Sopwith Dromedax
Heineman's freshest presidential problem concerned Sopwith Dromedax, the Sixth Pearl, which was refusing to send its share of the federal tax to the federal treasury. This was personally important to Heineman, since, as president, he was head of the federal government, and without those tax monies he could not fulfill his programs for Chalakanesia. Heineman began to carefully read his way through the treasury report which detailed Sopwith Dromedax's delinquencies. [NoP Ch13]
